1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup brown sugar
12 tbl butter
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup vanilla extract
2 tbl toasted wheat germ
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine ingredients, knead until
thoroughly blended. Roll out till 1/2" thick. Cut
into shapes. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on an ungreased
cookie sheet. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
Keeps for 2 weeks.
