1 1/3 cups flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup honey
2/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, with mixer at low
speed, mix 1 cup of the flour with the remaining
ingredients. Knead in the last 1/3 cup flour by hand.
On a floured board, roll or pat out to 1/4" thick. Cut
out with cookie cutters and bake on greased cookie sheets for 20
minutes. Turn oven off. Let cookies remain in oven 1
to 2 hours more. When cool, store in airtight container or
freeze.
