1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 small can tuna in oil, undrained
1/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grind oatmeal in processor to make a
coarse flour. Set aside in small bowl. In food
processor. Mix tuna with the oil, and water then add all the
rest of ingredients. Pulse till mixture forms a ball.
Pulse to knead for 2 to 3 minutes. Knead on floured surface till
it forms a soft ball of dough. Roll out to a 1/8 inch to 1/4
inch thickness. Cut into shapes. Bake on lightly
greased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely and
store in an airtight container.
